UN General Assembly Overwhelmingly Votes In Favor Of Palestinian Membership
Only nine countries voted against the motion that says Palestine meets the qualification for membership into the body
The General Assembly voted in favor of a resolution that says Palestine is qualified to join the UN. The US and a handful of allies were the only nations to object to the measure. To receive full membership status, Palestine must get approval from the UN Security Council, where Washington’s veto has prevented Ramallah from passing the vote. On Friday, the General Assembly voted 143-9-25 in favor of Palestine becoming a full member. As only the UN Security Council can grant membership, Friday’s vote determined that Palestine was qualified to become a member and recommended that the UNSC take that step. The UNSC is dominated by its five permanent members, the US, UK, France, China, and Russia. Any of those states can veto any resolution. Last month, Washington vetoed a motion that would have granted membership to Palestine. An earlier draft of the resolution granted Palestine “the rights and privileges necessary to ensure its full and effective participation,” including the right to vote. Additionally, it would have placed Ramallah “on equal footing with member states.” However, that language was removed before the vote because of objections from the US, Russia, and China.

B-2 Bomber, F-35, F-15 Jets Approved To Carry Nuclear Gravity Bombs – Pentagon
The B-2 Stealth Bomber, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and F-15 Eagle aircraft have been approved to carry and deliver new B-61 nuclear bombs, the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Inspector General (OIG) announced in a new report. “The Department of Defense OIG evaluated the extent to which the Air Force’s nuclear design certification of the F-15E, B-2 and F-35A to carry the B61-12 nuclear bomb complied with DoD and Air Force requirements,” the report said. The OIG found that the Air Force complied with the Nuclear Design Certification requirements for the F-15E, B-2 and F-35A aircraft to carry the B61-12 nuclear bomb in accordance with Defense Department and Air Force requirements, the report said.

Much of the fighting is taking place between the central government and armed ethnic groups that had at one point been a part of the British Empire’s occupation force, utilized by the US and UK during World War 2 against the Japanese, and used ever since to disrupt Myanmar’s ambitions for independence and self-determination. Alongside these armed ethnic groups, the US has constructed a parallel political establishment, eventually installed into power through compromised elections in 2020.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA, amended in 2008), as a whole and its Section 702 in particular have been a “gift that keeps on giving” where all manner of controversies are concerned. In late April, it was time to once again reauthorize this legislation whose privacy safeguards have been routinely bypassed by law enforcement for years, and this did happen, with persistent major points of contention being warrantless access to data belonging to Americans (and respect for their constitutional rights). The issue this time surfaced in a provision that changed the definition of electronic communications service providers (ECSPs) – in terms of which companies fall under this category, that is, which providers are obligated to give the government access to communications. As things stand, more US businesses than ever would have to provide access to phones, Wi-Fi routers, and other equipment.

The fact that hospital waiting lists are increasing all the time, that the amount of sick leave taken by working men and women seems to rise each year, that mental illnesses are getting commoner every time statistics are brought up to date, that the incidence of heart disease seems to be on the increase, that there is a massive increase in the amount of pollutant-inspired illness, that 80 per cent of modern cancers are thought to be caused by chemicals of one sort or another, and that the number of health professionals needed to cope with all the sickness is increasing rapidly, seem to suggest that medical research has had relatively little effect on the morbidity rates or upon the quality of life at any time in the last century. In addition, there is evidence that medical research has actually detracted from the quality of life, causing ethical problems and using funds which could be better used on projects more likely to contribute to good health. Indeed, there is not only evidence for the uselessness of much medical research: there are also sound indications that many developed countries have reached a point of over-medication which is harmful to health. As Dr Vernon Coleman pointed out in his book `Coleman’s Laws’, if a patient has two conditions – two diseases – there is a very good chance that one of those diseases was caused by the treatment for the other.

A release from the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2024 says the event is expanding its relationship with J.P. Morgan Payments to enable customers to buy merchandise at retail outlets using palm biometrics or facial recognition. The biometric payments system will be deployed both in stores on the Miami International Autodrome campus and for online purchases. South Florida Motorsports (“SFM”), which organises the Grand Prix, claims the intention is to improve the retail experience for fans by reducing friction and time needed to make purchases. J.P. Morgan Payments’ system leverages a familiar one-time mobile biometric enrolment process in which users can register their palm or facial scan, which is then matched at the point of purchase, either at an on-site shop or via a newly launched e-commerce retail store. The SFM/J.P. Morgan collaboration allows for the sharing of customers’ personal data by giving SFM access to J.P. Morgan Payments’ Commerce Centre, which allows the company to configure payment settings, search transaction history and access customer purchase data.

While presented to the world as a humanitarian effort, the US-led ‘Maritime Corridor’ in Gaza is a strategic maneuver aimed at consolidating US and Israeli control over land and sea.

Pete McCloskey, Longtime Supporter Of Palestinians And Uss Liberty Veterans, Has Passed Away
Former Congressman Paul N. “Pete” McCloskey, a longtime supporter of Palestinian rights and USS Liberty veterans, died of congestive heart failure peacefully at his home in Winters, California, on May 8th in the care of his wife of forty-two years, Helen, and their five dogs. He was 96. McCloskey was a rarity in American politics. His actions were guided by his sense of justice, not by political ideology. He hated inequity and did not hesitate to take on members of his own political party. “He stood for everyone without a voice, and was especially passionate about our environment — he was afraid of nothing or anyone who sought to take advantage of another,” said Joe Cotchett, his law partner since 2004. “He was the epitome of a leader, as demonstrated throughout his entire life.” Following trips to the Middle East in the late 1970s, Pete McCloskey, like two other Republicans, Senators Charles Percy, Congressman Paul Findley, and independent of one another, returned with the strong conviction that American foreign policy in the region was unbalanced and would prove over the long run to be disastrous for US interests and for the Palestinian people.

UK Flown 200 Spy Missions Over Gaza, Complicit In Israeli War Crimes: Report
A report has revealed that the UK military has flown 200 spy missions over Gaza in support of Israel, adding that the International Criminal Court (ICC) could investigate British officials over complicity in war crimes.
“The Royal Air Force (RAF) has flown 200 surveillance flights over Gaza since December, it can be revealed,” Declassified UK, an investigative journalism organization, said in a report on Wednesday. Noting that the flights have taken off from the UK’s sprawling air base on Cyprus, RAF Akrotiri, and have been in the air for about six hours, the organization said the RAF has likely “gathered around 1,000 hours” of footage over Gaza. One of the flights was in the air on April 1 when Israel killed seven aid workers working for the World Central Kitchen, including three Britons, in airstrike on central Gaza, the report said. On that day, “a UK spy plane departed Akrotiri at 5 pm local time and arrived back at the base at 10:49 pm. The Israeli airstrikes are believed to have taken place soon after 10.30 pm.” The new information comes as the International Criminal Court (ICC) is considering issuing arrest warrants for Israel’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his ministers in the wake of their months-long genocidal war against Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip. “British officials could also face prosecution for complicity in war crimes, including defense secretary Grant Shapps,” Declassified said.

Over the last few years there has been a movement to rid America of the sight of anything having to do with the former Confederate States of America (CSA), such as the battle flag of the Army of Northern Virginia and statues of CSA military leaders. The movement has also led to the renaming of schools across America. An action taken by a school board in Virginia this week indicates that, at least as far as school names go, the tide may be turning. By a five to one vote, the school board of Shenandoah County, Virginia decided to return to two schools in the school district their prior names that referenced CSA military leaders Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson, and Turner Ashby. Mountainview High School will again be Stonewall Jackson High School and Honey Run Elementary will return to being Ashby Lee Elementary. Evelyn Hockstein and Julia Harte, writing at Reuters, note that the board’s decision to reverse the booting of CSA-related school names is a first since the school renaming flurry crossed America. The vote bucked a four-year trend of U.S. schools and other public buildings and institutions removing names and symbols associated with the Confederacy, following nationwide racial justice protests sparked by the killing of George Floyd in 2020. Among more than 60 schools that have abolished Confederate appellations across the country since 2020, none had reversed course until now, according to the trade publication Education Week, which has tracked the issue.

When I was about 11, one Summer morning my mother dropped me off at the pro shop of the college golf course so I could meet my friends and partake in a few of the recreational activities myself and my buddies enjoyed. A couple of hours later, I went into the little pro shop, probably to use the rest room. The college golf coach ran the pro shop and immediately said with a laugh: “Well, it looks like you’ve got everything covered.” I looked down at myself and noticed that I had a football in one hand, a basketball in the other and had also managed to balance a tennis racket in my hands. Outside, leaning against the wall, were my set of golf clubs. At the time, I didn’t think much about the statement, but in my later years I came to view this lingering vignette as the snapshot that best captures my youth. It was later when I realized few kids in America could experience a summer day as perfect as that one, circa 1978.

The International Court of Justice has just reported that South Africa has asked for additional provisional measures against Israel in its genocide case. In past provisional measures, the ICJ has ordered Israel to stop all genocidal acts. The UN General Assembly has voted 143 in favor, 9 against, 25 abstentions to admit Palestine, but without voting rights. Thousands of students have been arrested in the U.S. protesting against Israel’s attack on Gaza. Boyle is professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. He represented Bosnia at the International Court of Justice in its Genocide Convention case against Yugoslavia. He said today: “From 1993 to 1994 I repeatedly pleaded with the International Court of Justice to stop the genocide in Bosnia that culminated in the 1995 Srebrenica Massacre. The Court failed then by not issuing stronger orders and it has failed again by not issuing stronger orders against Israel in its genocidal campaign against the Palestinians, with more carnage now happening in Rafah.” With South Africa’s latest Application, Boyle said, the ICJ has one, possibly last, chance. (South Africa in its case against Israel under the Genocide Convention quoted from Boyle’s Application and Boyle was the first to urge that the Genocide Convention be invoked against Israel.)

Chinese Military Monitors US Warship’s Transit Through Taiwan Strait
The US sent a destroyer through the Strait as it’s conducting major drills with the Philippines in the region
The Chinese military said that it monitored the transit of a US Navy Destroyer that sailed through the Taiwan Strait on Wednesday, which came as the US and the Philippines are conducting major drills in the region. Col. Li Xi, spokesman for the Chinese military’s Eastern Theater Command, condemned the USS Halsey’s transit and said Chinese air and naval forces monitored the ship throughout the “entire process.” “Troops in the theatre remain on high alert at all times and resolutely safeguard national sovereignty and security as well as regional peace and stability,” Li said, according to The South China Morning Post. The US frequently sails warships through the Taiwan Strait and frames the transits as routine even though it’s highly provocative toward Beijing. The US Navy’s Seventh Fleet said the USS Halsey “conducted a routine Taiwan Strait transit on May 8 through waters where high-seas freedoms of navigation and overflight apply in accordance with international law.”

Our Freedom Has Gone – Probably Forever
To say that I don’t have much experience of social media is like saying I don’t have much experience of picnicking on top of Mount Everest. There was no social media when I was growing up and when I eventually tried to sign up for a Facebook account in early 2020, I was told that I was too dangerous to be allowed access to the platform. They seemed to think I might corrupt the Facebook community with unwelcome truths and thought provoking ideas. I was banned from Linked-In too. And I haven’t been able to open accounts on any social media site. Worse still, anyone who tries to share my videos and articles is likely to find themselves threatened with a ban. I did have a YouTube account for a while and that grew to around 250,000 subscribers in a couple of months before they banned me for life (and, presumably out of spite, also banned me from accessing anyone else’s YouTube channel). YouTube was clearly under the direction of the CIA, and in the UK I always suspected that BBC staff were acting as spotters for YouTube – drawing their attention to anything that contained uncomfortable and therefore unacceptable truths.

Israel’ Destroyed 53% Of Gaza’s Water Treatment Facilities
A satellite image analysis by the BBC shows that four out of six of Gaza’s major wastewater treatment compounds have been completely destroyed by “Israel”.
A new BBC report based on obtained satellite images over Gaza showed that more than half of Gaza’s water sites have been destroyed and contaminated in targeted Israeli aggression. Data revealed that 53% of the 603 examined water facilities were either destroyed or damaged. Water in the Gaza Strip was already a limited resource dependent on a network of water wells and desalination plants before “Israel” further exacerbated its scarcity. The report further revealed that out of Gaza’s six wastewater treatment plants, which majorly contributed to the prevention of the accumulation of waste and contaminated waters to curb the spread of diseases, four were either damaged or completely destroyed. The remaining two were forced to shut down due to the lack of supplies and fuel that kept operations running.

The Rafah border crossing into Gaza remained closed on Wednesday following its capture by Israeli forces, cutting off vital aid deliveries after the UN’s World Food Program warned Palestinians in northern Gaza are already facing a “full-blown famine.” Israeli sources told The Times of Israel that the Rafah crossing with Egypt will remain closed amid Israeli military operations on the Palestinian side, and it’s unclear how long that will be. The US claims it’s opposed to Israel restricting aid shipments into Gaza, but President Biden backed Israel’s operation to capture the crossing, which has tightened the starvation blockade. Israel claimed on Wednesday that the nearby Kerem Shalom crossing that connects Gaza and Israel was re-opened. But both the US and the UN said no aid entered Gaza via Kerem Shalom since there is no one to distribute it and there are active military operations in the area. Gaza border officials said six of their employees came under fire when trying to approach the Kerem Shalom crossing.

Dialing Down Expectations On A US–Saudi Security Pact
Expect a ‘less-for-less’ outcome from any forthcoming US–Saudi security pact. Israel’s war on Gaza has hampered Washington’s plans to push normalization with Tel Aviv and pull Riyadh away from the Russia–China sphere of influence.
A historic security pact may be in the making between the United States and Saudi Arabia that could open a pathway to the kingdom’s normalization with Israel. Both sides are eager to close a deal that will replace their famous ‘oil-for-security’ bargain struck in 1945. A caveat must be added, though. That 80-year-old agreement between president Franklin Roosevelt and King Abdulaziz Al-Saud has been tested in recent years as the global balance of power shifted and eroded some of their mutual trust. With last decade’s Arab Uprisings, the once-reliable lines of communication between Riyadh and Washington became strained, and back channels diminished. Issues of reliability, due to trust deficit and waning US influence, began weighing down the once solid alliance. Three particular developments underscored that the pillars of the US–Saudi relationship had become shaky: First, the creation of OPEC+, the brainwave of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MbS), which launched an era of more independent production policy; second, Riyadh’s decision to join the multipolar BRICS and Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO); and third, the Saudi decision to normalize relations with Iran, a commitment formalized in a Chinese-brokered peace deal in March 2023.

The harsh, often violent, police repression of student protests across the U.S. and Europe, in wake of the continuing Palestinian massacres, exposes sheer intolerance towards those voicing condemnation against the violence in Gaza. The category of ‘hate speech’ enacted into law has become so ubiquitous and fluid that criticism of the conduct of Israel’s behaviour in Gaza and the West Bank is now treated as a category of extremism and as a threat to the state. Confronted by criticism of Israel, the ruling élites respond by angrily lashing out. Is there a boundary (still) between criticism and anti-semitism? In the West the two increasingly are being made to cohere. Today’s stifling of any criticism of Israel’s conduct – in blatant contradiction with any western claim to a values-based order – reflects desperation and a touch of panic. Those who still occupy the leadership slots of Institutional Power in the U.S. and Europe are compelled by the logic of those structures to pursue courses of action that are leading to ‘system’ breakdown, both domestically – and concomitantly – provoking the dramatic intensification of international tensions, too.

The ink was barely dry on President Biden’s signature transferring another $61 billion to the black hole called Ukraine, when the mainstream media broke the news that this was not the parting shot in a failed US policy. The elites have no intention of shutting down this gravy train, which transports wealth from the middle and working class to the wealthy and connected class. Reuters wrote right after the aid bill was passed that, “Ukraine’s $61 billion lifeline is not enough.” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell went on the Sunday shows after the bill was passed to say that $61 billion is “not a whole lot of money for us…” Well, that’s easy for him to say – after all it’s always easier to spend someone else’s money! Ukraine’s foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, was far from grateful for the $170 billion we have shipped thus far to his country. In an interview with Foreign Policy magazine as the aid package was passed, Kuleba had the nerve to criticize the US for not producing weapons fast enough. “If you cannot produce enough interceptors to help Ukraine win the war against the country that wants to destroy the world order, then how are you going to win in the war against perhaps an enemy who is stronger than Russia?” How’s that for a “thank you”?

Those who prefer to look at scientific evidence, rather than merely accepting decisions handed down by the pharmaceutical industry and passed on by the medical establishment, are dismissed as renegades and abused as discredited by people who arrogantly assume that they know everything and are always right because they’re who they are.

Today’s Lessons Concerning The Total Complacency Of The Masses For The Past Quarter Of A Century
Notes: I wrote and published an article titled, “The USA PATRIOT Act and Finance: The Hidden Threat,” on September 1, 2006. I wrote this article as a warning about the tyranny happening at the time, and what was sure to come in the future. Some listened, but few took heed. That attitude never really improved, and in fact, the total complacency of the masses manifested by blind compliance and obedience, just got worse, and more evident over time. In that article published 18 years ago, I attempted to explain the ruling class and government’s totalitarian plans, including mass surveillance and all-consuming control, that would greatly advance and lead to the enslavement of society if the people refused to protect their own freedom. During the 1980s I remember seeing a long line of crudely constructed shanties protesting South African Apartheid that spent weeks occupying the edges of the Harvard Yard or perhaps it was the Stanford Quad, and I think around the same time other shanties and protesters at UCLA maintained a long vigil in support of the Jewish Refusedniks of the USSR. Political protests seemed as much a normal part of college years as final exams and had largely replaced the hazing rituals and wild pranks of traditional fraternities, which were increasingly vilified as politically incorrect by hostile social censors among the students and faculty.

Some soldiers had contracted tuberculosis, or a lingering pneumonia (in the days before antibiotics). Others had suffered field amputations with handheld saws. But whether the question was chronic coughing or terrible pain, the answer was morphine. The newly invented hypodermic needle allowed for fast-acting injections. Veterans everywhere got hooked, to the point where addiction was called “the Soldier’s Disease.” Soon morphine moved beyond the battlefield and was in use for everything from menstrual cramps to teething. Vintage ad for a morphine-based child’s medicine. From the DEA’s online museum. Things got so bad that when heroin (diacetylmorphine) arrived, it was welcomed as an improvement. Chemists had discovered it decades earlier, but in 1898 the pharmaceutical company Bayer started selling it as Heroisch, German for “heroic.” Heroin was a trade name. It was Heroin™ — brought to you by Bayer! Doctors desperate for something safer than morphine often convinced themselves this new drug wasn’t addictive.

It has been a year and a half now since the first Large Language Model (LLM) AI app was introduced to the public in November of 2022, with the release of Microsoft’s ChatGPT, developed by OpenAI. Google, Elon Musk, and many others have also now developed or are in the process of developing their own versions of these AI programs, but after 18 months now, the #1 problem for these LLM AI programs remains the fact that they still lie and make stuff up when asked questions too difficult for them to answer. It is called “hallucination” in the tech world, and while there was great hope when Microsoft introduced the first version of this class of AI back in 2022 that it would soon render accurate results, that accuracy remains illusive, as they continue to “hallucinate.” Many are beginning to understand this limitation in LLM AI, and are realizing that there are no real solutions to this problem, because it is an inherent limitation of artificial computer-based “intelligence.” A synonym of the word “artificial” is “fake”, or “not real.” Instead of referring to this kind of computer language as AI, we would probably be more accurate in just calling it FI, Fake Intelligence.

The Catalyst For A Banking Renaissance
Every day, there are over 2,000,000,000 consumer transactions around the world. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other large companies process many of these payments. Bitcoin, on the other hand, does not have anywhere near the capacity to handle this kind of volume. There is a hard limit on the maximum number of transactions the Bitcoin network can process—about 576,000 transactions a day, or about 0.029% of all the world’s consumer transactions. That’s why recording every Starbucks or McDonald’s transaction on the Bitcoin blockchain was never possible. It was also never desirable. If Bitcoin needed to record every consumer transaction on its blockchain—or even a fraction of them—it would require an industrial-scale operation with expensive data centers. In that scenario, only large entities could run the Bitcoin software, and the average person would not be able to participate in enforcing the consensus parameters and the protocol. That would kill Bitcoin’s decentralization because a few large entities would solely validate and enforce the protocol, which means they would be in charge. In this scenario, Bitcoin might as well be another PayPal, Visa, or another centralized financial service where you need to ask for permission to do anything.

A British-based investigation group has unveiled the systematic targeting and destruction of orchards and greenhouses by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip since last October, when the current conflict in Gaza began, undermining Gazan Palestinians’ ability to feed and provide for themselves. Analysis by Forensic Architecture, a multidisciplinary research group based at Goldsmiths, University of London, identified more than 2,000 agricultural sites, including farms and greenhouses, that have been deliberately destroyed, and often replaced with Israeli military earthworks. The destruction, particularly intense in northern Gaza, has led to the devastation of nearly one-third of the region’s greenhouses and approximately 40% of agricultural land previously used for food production. The investigation suggests that the destruction is a deliberate act of ecocide exacerbating the ongoing catastrophic famine in Gaza, part of a wider pattern of depriving Palestinians of critical resources for survival. “Since 2014, Palestinian farmers along Gaza’s perimeter have seen their crops sprayed by airborne herbicides and regularly bulldozed, and have themselves faced sniper fire by the Israeli occupation forces. Along that engineered ‘border,’ sophisticated systems of fences and surveillance reinforce a military buffer zone,” according to a statement from Forensic Architecture marking March 30, Land Day, a day when Palestinians protest and plant olive trees to reaffirm their connection to the land.

What does it take to “make it” in today’s economy? As described in Withdrawing from the Rat Race Is Going Global, the world has changed in fundamental ways that have made it much more difficult to “make it” into the ranks of the middle class, and even harder to claw one’s way into the higher reaches of the economic order, i.e. the top 10%. In summary, developed economies have been stripped of secure, well-paid manual-labor work, the purchasing power of wages has declined, prices of assets such as homes have skyrocketed out of reach and the mass overproduction of elites (those with college diplomas and advanced degrees) has created a winner-take-all competitive pressure cooker with few winners and an abundance of also-rans. In other words, the work-a-day world has become far more complex and far more demanding than it was two generations ago. It’s not just making enough to pay the bills that’s more demanding; the work is more demanding, as is everyday life, which now demands far more shadow work–work we do to manage life’s complexities that we’re not paid for. Having children is far more expensive and demanding, too, as the competition for upper-middle class slots now starts in Kindergarten.

TikTok Fights Back Against Ban
TikTok’s legal challenge asserts that the new law not only threatens its existence but may also set a dangerous precedent for free speech online.
On Tuesday, TikTok, together with its parent company ByteDance, took legal action in the US federal court to challenge a new law endorsed by President Joe Biden. This legislation mandates that ByteDance either sell TikTok by January 19 or cease its operations in the US. The suit, filed in the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, claims that the law infringes on several constitutional grounds, particularly violating the First Amendment’s free speech protections. TikTok, immensely popular among 170 million Americans, faces an existential threat under this law, enacted on April 24. The filing emphatically states that divestiture is unfeasible — “not commercially, not technologically, not legally.” It warns of an inevitable shutdown, which would “silence the 170 million Americans who use the platform to communicate in ways that cannot be replicated elsewhere.”

LAPD’s Failure To Protect Peaceful Protesters At UCLA From [Jewish] Right-Wing Mob Shows Real Priorities
The LAPD’s true colors were on display at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) at the end of April when its officers stood by for hours as hundreds of [Jewish] right-wing vigilantes attacked pro-Palestinian demonstrators in what Al Jazeera described as a “really shocking and ugly scene of violence.” The LAPD then aggressively broke up the pro-Palestinian demonstrators’ encampment using flash bangs and riot gear, arresting around 200 of the anti-genocide protesters who were entirely peaceful. (none of the vigilantes were arrested).[1] The students believed they had to do something in the face of the horrific atrocities going on in Gaza. Cooper said that dissent was currently under siege in the U.S. and that the protests provided an opportunity to get people thinking about societal problems and realities, and that the students involved felt empowered by their experience, which they would take with them into other aspects of their lives. As part of the daily programming, students coordinated teach-in events like during the 1960s era Vietnam campus protests. Benjamin Kersten, a Ph.D. student in art history, told the UCLA Daily Bruin that “this is a public university that preaches the importance of education, and yet, topics like Palestine are not taught. A lot of the programming shows that people here are taking their education into their own hands, and learning what it means to teach each other and enact activist values.”[2]

Reports say Israel is trying to take control of the Palestinian side of the Rafah border crossing
Israeli tanks have entered Rafah and appear to be pushing to capture the Palestinian side of the Rafah border crossing that connects to Egypt, several media outlets have reported. Heavy airstrikes have been reported in the city as well, with some media reports describing it as a “carpet bombing,” although the scale of destruction and death toll is unclear at this time. An Egyptian official told The Associated Press that the Israeli operation could be limited and that Israeli forces could soon withdraw. But Egypt is also preparing for the possibility of a major influx of Palestinian refugees entering its territory. According to Middle East Eye, Cairo estimates between 50,000 and 250,000 Palestinians could flee toward Sinai. A source told Axios that Israel plans to take control of the Rafah border crossing and monitor all aid that enters Gaza, a sign that it’s seeking long-term control of the area. The military activity near the Rafah crossing will further disrupt aid shipments into the Strip as Palestinians in northern Gaza are facing a “full-blown famine,” according to the UN’s World Food Programme.

Ambassador Nigel Casey was summoned to the ministry following remarks by British Foreign Secretary David Cameron to Reuters that Ukraine has the right to use long-range missiles sent by the UK to strike deep inside Russia. ”Casey was warned that the response to Ukrainian strikes using British weapons on Russian territory could be any British military facilities and equipment on the territory of Ukraine and beyond,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement following the meeting. The US and its allies had previously qualified their deliveries of long-range weapons to Kiev by saying they could only be used on territories that Ukraine claims as its own – Crimea, the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, and Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions.

Israel’s military began “carpet bombing” areas of eastern Rafah on Monday night, after ceasefire talks appeared to be moving in a positive direction, according to Palestinian news agency, Wafa. Israel bombed the eastern part of Rafah with warplanes and artillery, the Palestinian news outlet reported. A Palestinian journalist reported flares in the night sky and locals reported dozens of reconnaissance drones flying overhead. Wafa also said Israeli military vehicles are reportedly advancing towards the eastern separation fence of Rafah, but that could not be independently verified by Middle East Eye. The Israeli military announced it was conducting targeted strikes against Hamas in eastern Rafah. The military strikes on Rafah come after Hamas announced it accepted a ceasefire proposal from Qatar and Egypt. The full text of the deal has been revealed by Middle East Eye and involves three phases, with the first phase calling for a complete withdrawal of Israeli troops from the Netzarim corridor and the return of displaced Palestinians to their homes. The second phase involves an announcement of a permanent cessation of military operations. In the last phase, there would be a complete end to the blockade of the Gaza Strip.

Israel Acknowledges Barbarous Strike On UNRWA Building in Gaza
Israel has bombed a building belonging to the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) in the besieged Gaza Strip.
Israel’s broadcaster KAN said the military hit the UN facility late Sunday on the proclaimed grounds that it was being used as a “military command center” by the resistance movement Hamas. Many people were also killed in airstrikes by Israeli warplanes on two schools in Gaza where displaced families had taken shelter. Israel has previously targeted UNRWA centers and UN-run schools across the besieged Palestinian territory. UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini recently called for countries to back an independent investigation into killings and detentions of its staff and damage to its premises in Gaza. UNRWA has accused Israel of targeting its facilities since early October. The agency says 182 of its staff there had been killed and more than 160 of its shelters hit, resulting in the death of hundreds of people fleeing Israeli bombardment. UNRWA is the biggest humanitarian aid provider in Gaza, where its 13,000 staff there also run schools and social services for the refugees who make up the majority of Gazans.

The student protesters are being demonized, as Palestinians have been. Those pretending to defend the US flag should consider actual facts.
Let’s start with a few simple facts. Contrary to what lots of pro-Israeli folks have claimed, no students at George Washington University took down the US flag. They took down the university flag from one flagpole adjacent to their encampment protesting Israel’s genocide. On the other pole, which had the US flag, they hoisted the Palestinian flag beneath or alongside it. The administration then cut all the lines so, for a period, no flags could be hoisted from the poles, and dropped a massive US flag from the building. This compelled the student protesters to project “Genocide Joe” atop that flag: Meanwhile, the statue in the park of George Washington was adorned with Palestinian flags, a keffiyeh atop his head, various stickers protesting Israel’s carnage and writing at the base: Genocidal Warmongering University, referring to the university’s effective support of Israel.

In politics it’s been said that you should never let a good crisis go to waste. We know that to be true, but we now also now that they manufacture many of the crises they then feast on. Well, in medicine I think it can also be said that you should never let a good fear go to waste. We know that to be true. But we now also know that they will manufacture and amp up these fears so as to feast on them. In women especially. In Question 12 below, Denniston says that the C-section rate should be no more than 6%. I’m happy to accept that as a benchmark. This maps over what Mendelsohn says in Question 14, where in the 60s anyone with a C-section rate above 10% was considered a pariah. So, 6% it is. Let’s look at what the rate is today in the US and Australia. United States: The provisional national Cesarean delivery rate in 2021 was 32.1% of all births, which is a slight increase from 31.8% in 2020 (source: CDC National Center for Health Statistics, 2022). Australia: In 2020, the Cesarean section rate in Australia was 37.3% of all births. This rate has increased from 32.3% in 2010 (source: Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, 2022). This means that the additional 31% in Australia is manufactured. It is demand created through the terrorizing and exploitation of women, and is industrially produced via public-private partnerships.

Mere mortals are left in a hopeless situation. In response, they’re withdrawing from the competition en masse.
The world has changed over the past two generations in ways that don’t fit the heavily promoted narratives of “growth” and “progress.” The “growth” and “progress” narratives hold that everything is getting better in every way and every day–next stop, Mars!–but if we consider everyday life, a much different picture emerges. Globalization shifted high-pay work overseas to the benefit of capital, who reaped the profits from global wage arbitrage and to the detriment of workers in developed-nation economies. The conventional-economic apologists glorified this as a net positive: everyone who lost their jobs to globalization would move up the food chain and get jobs as currency traders, highly paid tech workers, etc. In reality, most were left with lower pay, precarious jobs as developed economies were producing ever larger cohorts of elites–college graduates and increasingly, those with advanced degrees–competing for those highly paid jobs. Laid-off production-service workers could not compete with the growing army of credentialed elites for the remaining secure, highly paid jobs.

In the course of his job as a quality manager at Boeing South Carolina, John learned of and exposed very serious safety problems with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and was retaliated against and subjected to a hostile work environment, which is the subject of his pending AIR-21 case. John was in the midst of a deposition in his whistleblower retaliation case, which finally was nearing the end. He was in very good spirits and really looking forward to putting this phase of his life behind him and moving on. We didn’t see any indication he would take his own life. No one can believe it.

What Happened To Their Babies?
In Pfizer’s baby and toddler study, there was a subgroup of 344 babies. Only 3 babies (less than 1%) made it to the end of the study. Pfizer’s mRNA injections are not safe for babies. They’re lethal.
In July of 2022 I began reporting on my analysis of Pfizer’s Phase-3 trial data of babies and toddlers from the ages of 6 months to 4 years old. I don’t understand how any human being with a soul could have carried out these criminal experiments on innocent babies and toddlers. Pfizer’s FDA submitted data documented that the some of the babies and toddlers experienced fevers of greater than 104 degrees Fahrenheit, seizures (with eye rolling), convulsions, and seizures lasting more than 5 minutes and multiple seizures a day -sometimes a dozen or more, brain damage confirmed by an EEG, hypotonia (limp ‘lifeless-like’ baby), and lissencephaly (“genetically-induced” brain malformation characterized by the absence of convolutions/folds) in babies and toddlers injected with mRNA nanoparticles.

Choosing Your Immigrants
In the 18th century, America was made up primarily of people who, of necessity, had had to work hard. Had they not taken full responsibility for their own welfare, there was no one else to do it for them and they would have starved. As this was the case, anyone who did arrive on American shores who was unwilling to work and wanted others to provide for him, could expect to find no sympathy and might well starve. In the 19th century, the former colonies had become the United States. Expansion was underway and the young people of the 18th century became the entrepreneurs of the 19th century. In order to continue to get the menial tasks accomplished, millions of immigrants were needed. Those who were welcomed were those who were prepared to start at the bottom, often live in poor conditions, receive no entitlements and compete for even menial jobs. If they accepted these terms, they received the opportunity to immigrate and work. Also, in the 19th century, the US expanded to the West coast, covered the nation with railroads and created the industrial revolution – the greatest period of expansion in US history.

Many of the below expressions could be expanded to their own posts and perhaps some of them will be, but it’s fun to try a new style regardless (and not just fun but perhaps required; my attention has been scattered recently). Some of these you may recognize from comments left on Notes, others are new. The topics covered are disparate and eclectic. Here they are: On technology: If the establishment isn’t publicly attacking a piece of technology, that means they own or control it. I can’t think of any examples that works against this rule. Encryption and VPNs are a joke against government surveillance. Tik Tok was banned because globohomo did not own it outright; Signal’s encryption offers no protection as it is a government funded project. In particular, any technology that advertises how great its security measures are is a skinsuited macabre ghoul where they not only lack shame about deceiving their customers, they invert the deception and push it as a benefit to their users, thinking they are despicable and retarded cretins. If you’re going to lie, cheat, and steal, and least be a little ashamed and discrete about it (Google’s evil was so extreme they eventually felt enough shame, I guess, to mostly removed their “Don’t be Evil” motto).

The Man Who Never Gave Up On His Dreams
Rowan Atkinson alias Mr. Bean was born in a middle-class family and as a child, he suffered terribly because of his stuttering. He was mercilessly teased and bullied at school because of his looks. Bullies thought he looked like an alien. Although academically as bright as a soldier’s button he was marked as being very shy and odd. Rowan became withdrawn and he had few friends. To escape isolation, he dived into science. A teacher remarked that there was nothing outstanding about him. I didn’t expect him to be a brilliant scientist. However, he proved everyone wrong. Admitted to Oxford University, he started falling in love with acting but couldn’t perform due to his speaking disorder. Rowan got his master’s degree in electrical engineering before appearing in a movie or TV show. He decided to pursue his dream and become an actor so he enrolled in a comedy group but again, his stammering got in the way.

Israeli Organ-Trafficking Network Busted In Turkiye
Israel has long been at the center of international organ trafficking networks and has stolen organs from dead Palestinians
Police in the Turkish city of Adana detained 11 suspects, five Israeli and two Syrian, on allegations of organ trafficking, the Daily Sabah reported on 5 May. The Provincial Directorate of Security’s Anti-Smuggling and Border Gates Branch began investigating after examining the passports of seven individuals who arrived in Adana from Israel about a month ago by plane for the purpose of health tourism. The two Syrian nationals, ages 20 and 21, were found to have fake passports. Further investigation revealed that Syrian nationals had each agreed to sell one of their own kidneys to two of the Israeli nationals, ages 68 and 28, for kidney transplants in Adana. During searches at the suspects’ residences, $65,000 and numerous fake passports were seized. Israel has long been at the center of what Bloomberg described in 2011 as a “sprawling global black market in organs where brokers use deception, violence, and coercion to buy kidneys from impoverished people, mainly in underdeveloped countries, and then sell them to critically ill patients in more-affluent nations.” The financial newspaper added, “Many of the black-market kidneys harvested by these gangs are destined for people who live in Israel.”

Senior Palestinian Authority (PA) officials have requested from mediators that Fatah leader Marwan Barghouti be excluded from a potential prisoner swap deal between Israel and Hamas, a source has told Middle East Eye. A source familiar with the negotiations told MEE on Sunday that the request was made by Majid Faraj, the director of Palestinian general intelligence, and Hussein al-Sheikh, the secretary-general of the Palestine Liberation Organisation’s (PLO) executive committee. The source added that senior PA leaders believed Barghouti’s release would threaten the leadership of PA President Mahmoud Abbas. According to the source, the United States, one of three mediators involved in the indirect Gaza ceasefire negotiations, had reportedly agreed to remove Barghouti’s name from any potential lists Hamas is expected to present. Citing unnamed sources, the London-based Arabi21 news site reported in March that both the US and Israel opposed Barghouti’s release.

For more than 20 years, Dr. Harri Hemilä, biochemist, physician and epidemiologist, has been analyzing research conducted with vitamin C. In 2017, ORTHO magazine had an interview with him. [1] At that time, the interest in vitamin C was mainly about the common cold. Now it also concerns another virus infection, Covid-19. Has anything changed since then? The near-total lack of interest within medical science for vitamin C still exists. And apparently, medical professors don’t give a damn about the vitamin, as if it were a career killer. Since 2002, Hemilä has considered it his professional duty to analyze studies conducted on vitamin C and to publish the analyses. What is the common thread after more than a hundred scientific publications, of which twelve were published in the years 2020 and 2021, and three in 2022? Well, one of these three reveals that common thread. In a review article of 27 pages in the open access magazine Life, [2] Hemilä unfolds his experiences and explains them in a long telephone conversation with ORTHO. The title of the article speaks volumes: “Bias against Vitamin C in Mainstream Medicine: Examples from Trials of Vitamin C for Infections.” Remarkable. It turns out that prejudices (“bias”) are a major common thread in the medical scientific world.

May 1, 2024: The day America was Zionized by an “Antisemitism Awareness Act”
“Mayday” is an internationally-recognized word signaling “Emergency – All hands on deck!” America is in an emergency, and too few people are grasping that what has transpired is just the tip of the iceberg. Soft coup d’états are not foreign to America. For example, our history includes the following soft coups: 1963 – the assassination in broad daylight of President John F. Kennedy. 1974 – the forced resignation of President Richard Nixon. 2000 – a judicial coup when SCOTUS threw the election to George W. Bush. 2020 – the stolen election of President Donald Trump who won by a landslide. Yet, on May 1st (a different May Day signal of sorts), by a 320 to 91 vote the House of Representatives passed H.R. 6090, a/k/a the Antisemitism Awareness Act. The Senate is expected to pass the bill with the same alacrity that our bought-off ZOG’d* Congress displayed when they recently voted to send yet more of our tax billions to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. The bill’s provenance is the “non-legally binding working definition of antisemitism,” peddled by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), an “intergovernmental organization” that focuses on the holocaust and genocide. The Congressional bill’s overly broad guidelines fail to define what exactly “antisemitism” is. Instead, the bill’s sponsors adopted whole-hog the IHRA’s examples. Because Donald Trump furthered the Zionist agenda more than any other president before him. Moscow Puts Zelensky On Wanted List
The Russian interior ministry has listed the Ukrainian president among people suspected of committing a crime
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky appeared on the Russian Interior Ministry’s wanted list on Saturday. The exact offense he is charged with remains unclear. The ministry’s website says the Ukrainian president is wanted under an article of Russia’s Criminal Code and contains his full name and photograph, as well as his date and place of birth. No data has been released about criminal proceedings against him. The development comes a day after the head of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, Aleksandr Litvinenko, was also put on Russia’s wanted list. He took the position over from his predecessor Aleksey Danilov in March. In this instance, too, no charge details have been specified. In April, Litvinenko claimed it was necessary to launch drone strikes deep inside Russian territory, to exert “pressure” on Moscow. He described this tactic as a key element of Kiev’s strategy. Moscow has repeatedly accused Kiev of employing terrorist methods throughout the ongoing conflict between the two neighbors. Last month, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said threats by Zelensky to destroy Russian civilian infrastructure were proof of his government’s terrorist intentions.

Prominent Democrats and Republicans remain unashamed, and have framed the demonstrators calling attention to Washington’s support for the genocide in Gaza as terrorists. High ranking political figures have issued instructions to the FBI to surveille, infiltrate and destroy the anti-Israel movement before it spreads further.

That’s right. During that 187-month span, the interest rate exceeded the running (LTM) inflation rate during only nine months, as depicted by the purple area picking above the zero bound in the chart, and even then by just a tad. All the rest of the time, Uncle Sam was happily taxing the inflationary rise in nominal incomes, even as his debt service payments were dramatically lagging the 78% rise of CPI during that period.

Ten years ago this week, a shocking and brutal massacre was perpetrated by supporters of the NATO-backed Kiev regime in Odessa.
At least 42 men and women were murdered on May 2, 2014, when the Trade Unions House in the historic port city was set ablaze by a fascist mob. Last year to commemorate the ninth anniversary of the atrocity, our weekly editorial provided a rationale for Western silence. We commented: “In all, 42 people were murdered in the Trade Unions building massacre. Not one attacker was ever prosecuted. The Kiev regime refused to carry out any adequate investigation. However, the horror of that day was a turning point for many Ukrainians and Russians. It revealed the hideous nature of the regime that had seized power over the country and its vile fascist hostility toward Russia. This is the regime that was brought to power by Washington and its NATO partners. Since 2014, it has been armed and built up to be a war machine to aggress Russia and obliterate all cultural connections with Russia. The massacre in Odessa should be remembered for the sake of the victims that day. But also remembered because it helps explain the background of how the present U.S.-led NATO proxy conflict in Ukraine with Russia has come about. For that reason, Western news media and their governments chose to studiously ignore the Odessa massacre. Their shameful silence is necessary in order to conceal the criminal complicity of the West in Ukraine’s deadly turmoil.”

Yesterday was World Press Freedom Day, and it is fitting we mark it by highlighting two things. First, we should honour the brave journalists of Gaza who have paid a horrifying price for making the Palestinian experience of genocide visible to western audiences over the past seven months. Israel has killed a tenth of their number – some 100 journalists – as it tries to prevent the truth of its atrocities from getting out. Israel’s has been most deadly eruption of violence against journalists ever recorded. Second, we must shame the western media – not least the BBC – who have so utterly betrayed their Palestinian colleagues by failing to properly report the destruction of Gaza, or name it as a genocide. The BBC aired only the briefest coverage of South Africa’s devastating case against Israel at the International Court of Justice in January – a case so powerful the court has put Israel on trial for genocide. A fact you would barely know from the BBC’s reporting. By contrast, the corporation cleared the schedules to present in full Israel’s hollow legal response. The BBC’s double standards are all the more glaring if we recall how it reported Ukraine, also invaded by a hostile army – Russia’s.

Russia has repeatedly stressed that NATO is already directly involved in the Ukraine conflict given the alliance’s ongoing arms supplies and training of the Ukrainian military – something that Moscow warns will only lead to the prolongation of the standoff.
NATO has “established at least two red lines, beyond which there could be the alliance’s direct intervention in the conflict in Ukraine,” Italy’s La Repubblica newspaper reported on Sunday, citing a “very confidential” unofficial communique. The lines are reportedly seen by NATO as “last resorts” amid its concerns over the looming “collapse” of Ukraine against the backdrop of Russia’s ongoing offensive in several areas at the front line. The first red line purportedly pertains to alleged “direct or indirect interference of a third country” – such as Belarus – in the Ukraine conflict, a scenario that also stipulates the Russian Army breaking through the Ukrainian military’s defensive lines near the Ukraine-Belarus border. The second red line is supposedly related to a possible “military provocation” against Poland or the Baltic countries or military actions against Moldova. If either of these two red lines are crossed, NATO will ostensibly activate about 100,000 troops stationed in Hungary, Poland, the Baltic states, Romania and Slovakia.

Israeli Industry Braces For Economic Damage Amid Turkish Trade Ban
Construction industry is already in ‘dire straits’, while Israel’s largest refinery warns of significant hit to crude oil imports
Sectors across the Israeli economy are warning of wide-reaching impacts of Turkey’s decision to halt all trade with Israel, and are scrambling to find alternative sources for lost imports. The Turkish trade ministry announced earlier this week that Ankara is halting all import and export transactions related to Israel until it “allows an uninterrupted and sufficient flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza”. The ban on imports includes iron and steel products, construction materials, minerals, machinery, cars, energy products, rubber, plastics, health and agricultural products. The construction industry is bracing for the loss of Turkish iron and steel products and building materials, as Turkey supplied 29 percent of Israel’s total cement imports last year. Last month, Israeli businessmen warned that the restrictions could drive an increase in property and rent prices.

We have been broadly split into 3 groups. The asleep, the believers, the TV watchers, and readers of the Fact Checkers. Nothing we say to them can get through. A lost cause unfortunately. The awake, those that will not take the injections anymore, that have lost trust in government, The Science™ and authority. The dissidents. The depopulation hypothesis does nothing for this crowd besides rile them up even more. You are preaching to the choir. There is no return on investment here. So, we are left with the large valuable middle, they don’t quite know what to think anymore, they sort of know they have been lied to, are not quite sure how, have had their trust in authority damaged but not destroyed, and they are curious and looking for a message and messenger they can trust and follow out of Plato’s Cave. These are our target audience, and they need to be won over one by one. What would I tell someone, in Plato’s Cave, mesmerized by the flickering shadows on the wall, about what’s outside the cave?

That I Realized The United States Government
Was Capable Of The Cold-Blooded Murder Of Its Children
I was a twelve-year-old boy on May 4, 1970, and that day changed my life forever. It was the day when I realized that 18 to 22-year-old white Americans could open fire on other 18 to 22-year-old white Americans, who were unarmed and peacefully protesting against the Vietnam War. The Ohio national guardsmen fired 67 rounds within 13 seconds, killing four students and wounding nine others, one of whom suffered permanent paralysis. Some of the students who were shot had been protesting against the escalation of the Vietnam War into Cambodia. This blatant aggression was called the Cambodian Campaign, which President Richard Nixon announced during a television address on April 30, 1970. Other students who were shot had been walking nearby or observing the protest from a distance. In my first ten years and five months of life, I had lived through four major assassinations, President John F. Kennedy, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr., and Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and the Vietnam War, and then, Kent State.

Bobby endured years of solitary confinement and beatings. During his imprisonment he was elected MP for the constituency of Fermanagh and South Tyrone. Bobby began his hunger strike on 1st March 1981 and died after sixty-six days on the 5th May 1981. In the aftermath of his death he has become an international figure that inspires not only Irish republicans in their pursuit of freedom from British rule, but people around the world in the fight for their rights.

Well friends, the verdict is in! If you are opposed to Israel’s slaughter of something like forty thousand Palestinians, mostly women and children, or the clearly enunciated plans by that nation’s government to ethnically cleanse the rest of historic Palestine, making the developing Eretz or Greater Israel a legally Jewish state, and are prepared to protest or speak up about it, then you are an antisemite Jew-hater and probably even a holocaust denier. If you are a student demonstrating against the slaughter you are increasingly being referred to by talking heads and the media as a pro-Hamas terrorist. That you must be condemned and sanctioned or even criminalized as a consequence of the labels is only fair in a country that apparently has come to believe that Jews and Israel, uniquely, cannot be criticized due to their cited ad nauseam victimhood and their anointment by God no matter what the First Amendment to the US Constitution relating to freedom of speech might say. After all, it’s just an old piece of paper though it might strike some as a bit odd that a group of people carrying out a genocide are being given a pass while those trying to stop it are being beaten, going to jail and, in some cases, being denied that degree they earned from four years at college.

War On Gaza: Prominent Palestinian Doctor Tortured And Killed In Israeli Detention
Adnan al-Bursh was a Palestinian surgeon and the head of orthopaedic medicine at al-Shifa hospital
Adnan al-Bursh, a Palestinian surgeon and professor of orthopaedic medicine, was killed by torture while in Israeli detention, according to a statement from the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society. In what has been termed a “deliberate assassination”, Bursh, 50, died in the Israel-controlled Ofer prison in the occupied West Bank on 19 April, according to the Palestinian Civil Affairs Committee, and his body remains withheld. Another detainee, Ismail Abdul Bari Khader, 33, also died in custody, according to the joint statement, and his body was handed over on 2 May along with 64 other prisoners. “The two victims died of torture and crimes committed against Gazan detainees,” the statement said. Bursh was the head of orthopaedic medicine at al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City and had been arrested in December, around the same time that he had reportedly been wounded by Israeli bombardment at the Indonesian hospital in northern Gaza.

College Kids Are Putting Clergymen To Shame
Last Sunday, I delivered a sermon epilogue of seven minutes that shares the same title as this column. In this seven-minute video clip, I praise the kids on our college and university campuses who are willing to risk their academic and financial futures to peacefully protest Israel’s genocidal war against Gaza. And I rebuke America’s evangelical pastors for sitting back and letting college kids do what they should be doing as spiritual leaders. Here is the YouTube video clip of my seven-minute address. What we are witnessing is huge! It is so much larger than most people in my generation realize. Eight Syrian Soldiers Wounded In Israeli Attack On Damascus
First strike launched against Syria since attack on Iranian consular annex
At least eight Syrian soldiers were reported injured this evening when Israel carried out a missile strike against a building operated by security forces in the Najha area of the capital city of Damascus. The strike was reportedly launched from the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, and caused material damage to the building in addition to the injuries, according to a statement by Syria’s Defense Ministry. Though Israeli attacks on Syrian military targets are not unusual, this evening’s strike was noteworthy as it was the first Israeli airstrike in over a month, since a strike on April 1. That strike hit the Iranian consular annex, killing a number of high-ranking Iranian security officials. The annex attack started an escalation the led to Iran launching a drone incursion against Israel and Israel launching “retaliation” for that retaliation. Now that things have calmed down a bit, it appears Israel is returning to attacks on military targets.

But today, we now know that this is not just a theory, but that it actually has been happening, as two U.S. Senators have discovered that eight automakers will give up users’ location data to police without requiring a court-issued warrant. We already knew that these car companies tracked and stored this data, as last September I published a report published by the Mozilla Foundation on every brand of car sold in the U.S. and reported: “All 25 car brands we researched earned our *Privacy Not Included warning label — making cars the official worst category of products for privacy that we have ever reviewed.” They concluded that your car spies on you more than your cell phone and smart home devices. This announcement by the Senators follows other recent announcements that the government has passed legislation that new cars in the future must be outfitted with a “kill” switch that allows law enforcement to disable your vehicle.

China Slams US Unilateral Illegal Sanctions Against Chinese Entities Over Russia-Ukraine Conflict
The Chinese Embassy in the US slammed Washington’s latest sanctions against Chinese entities over the Russia-Ukraine conflict, saying that China firmly opposes the US imposing unilateral illegal sanctions on Chinese entities, Russian news agency TASS reported on Thursday. The US on Wednesday issued a new package of sanctions on hundreds of companies and individuals, including more than a dozen Chinese entities, for “helping Moscow find workarounds to earlier penalties,” AP reported on Thursday. This is one of the most wide-ranging actions against Chinese companies so far in Washington’s sanctions targeting Russia, according to Reuters. “We will uphold the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of Chinese companies,” Liu Pengyu, a spokesperson for the Chinese Embassy in the US, was quoted by TASS as saying. In response to US’ unwarranted accusations on Chinese entities of “supporting the Russian economy and its defense industrial base through trade,” Wang Wenbin, a spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, harshly criticized the US’ false accusation as “hypocritical and highly irresponsible.”

The US has always kept a close eye on China and Russia, since both countries always been proverbial thorns in the US’s side. However, the problem is the hypocrisy that the US displays in every move it makes. Throughout history, infiltrating (directly or indirectly) in the Philippines, Cuba, Nicaragua, Vietnam, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Pakistan, and Libya, US intervention has always been about preserving its own interests in the name of ‘restoring democracy’. From after the second World War, till 2001, the US was behind 201 armed conflicts in 153 locations, which meant that the US was behind 80% of the total wars across the globe at the time. The US continually interferes in the affairs of whichever country it pleases, but as soon as a non-US alliance starts getting stronger, the US finds one excuse or another to start ostracizing it. Consider the example of the current crisis in the South China Sea. The US has no business interfering in the region, which is already marred with complications. However, the US announced a short while ago that it will partake with expensive military drills in the region in collaboration with the Philippines. These Balikatan or “shoulder-to-shoulder” drills, which are ongoing till the 10th of May, will involve 16,700 soldiers participating in war-like simulations in areas facing Taiwan and the South China Sea.

When James Madison was a member of Congress in 1791 and charged with drafting the Bill of Rights, he made two grammatical demands. One was that the word “the” precede “freedom of speech” in the First Amendment, and the other was a command in the Ninth Amendment that the “rights retained by the people,” rights too numerous to enumerate, “shall not be disparaged” by the government. This principle — that our rights preexisted the government — would be played out over and over in litigation in the centuries following the ratification of the Bill of Rights. The ratification itself was insisted upon by five of the new states who threatened to leave the new union unless restraints were added to the Constitution so as to protect the individual liberties that the Declaration of Independence — then only 15 years old — stated unambiguously were granted by the Creator. Though the colonists deeply valued all the rights articulated in the Declaration, truly it was the freedom of speech that drove the revolution. Yes, the Americans had Kentucky long guns that enabled the colonial militias to shoot and kill British forces from distances that the British weaponry was unable to reach. Yes, the Americans were animated by defending their homeland.

Oncogenesis or carcinogenesis is the process through which healthy cells become transformed into cancer cells. Autoimmunity is an immune response resulting from a failure of our immune system to recognise our own cells and tissues as “self.” The paper extensively reviewed the role of regulatory T cells (“Treg”) cells in the immune system, with a particular focus on the disruption of their behaviour caused by the mRNA injections. Treg cells modulate the immune system, maintain tolerance to self-antigens and prevent autoimmune disease. Treg cells also suppress the immune response to cancer and have been shown to contribute to the development and progression of the disease. The paper found that post-vaccination, the subsequent spike protein expression “may lead to a harmful influence on the immune system of vaccinees, and subsequent accelerated development of cancer and autoimmune disease.” Although the paper specifically reviewed these conditions relating to covid mRNA injections, the concerns raised in the paper apply to all mRNA injections. “Sadly, Moderna among many mRNA companies has plans for mRNA cancer drugs. They have a long drug development pathway to prove mRNA will not cause more cancer than it intends to treat,” Dr. Peter McCullough says.

Attorneys argued that the school violated the First Amendment by denying the prayer club while approving a pro-LGBT club, highlighting a bias against religious expression.
In 2015, religious freedom seemed compromised when a Washington high school football coach was fired for praying with his team after a game. Joe Kennedy waited roughly six years for the Supreme Court to hear the oral arguments for his case. He was represented by a Christian non-profit legal organization, First Liberty Institute (FLI), which took the position that “no teacher or coach should lose their job for simply expressing their faith while in public.” This was a notable case in 2022, and recent events have caused the issue to resurface. Earlier this year, Laura, an 11-year-old girl who attends Creekside Elementary in Washington state, requested to start an interfaith prayer club at her school. But her request was denied. When Laura and her mom approached the principal about the matter in February, they were informed that the school’s budget for clubs had been finalized in October. And according to a spokesperson for Issaquah School District,“[C]lubs offered are student-interest driven and meet outside of the school day. At the elementary level, participation in a club also requires parent permission. Once the school year begins, the building budget is set, and additional clubs are usually not added until the following school year.” But the story doesn’t end here.

Here are my latest thinking points: Lessons not yet learned. Vaccines have become the greatest disaster in the history of medicine. Democracy is gone. In the spring of 2022, the FDA announced that they were developing a “Future Framework” whereby reformulated Covid boosters would skip human clinical trials and only be tested in mice. We mobilized to defeat the vote which was expected in June, generating over 1 million calls, emails, and letters to the FDA. But there never was a vote on the Future Framework. They just started doing it. It was a fait accompli. The WHO is about to do the same thing with the Pandemic Treaty. In May, the WHO will discuss a Pandemic Treaty that does not actually exist on paper – with details to be worked out later. I predict that the details will never be voted on. They’ll just buy off enough corrupt leaders from third world countries so that they don’t complain and then the WHO will just act as if the Treaty has always existed. And those digital vaccine passports that we’ve been gearing up to fight? There’s never going to be a vote about those either. There’s not going to be an app on your phone. There’s just going to be a camera at the airport that scans your face and looks you up in their database. You never opt in or out, it just is.

In US Media We (Don’t) Trust: Over 80% Of Americans Have Lost Faith In Corporate Press
Over four of every five American respondents say they are worried US news outlets will report inaccurate information or disinformation while covering the 2024 presidential election, according to a recent survey.
US citizens have displayed a decline in trust in their national media outlets, as per a recent poll by the American Press Institute and The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research. Over half of respondents (53 percent), said they are “very concerned” that the US press will mislead them during the election, while 30 percent admitted they are “somewhat concerned.” Only 16 percent noted they are “not very or not at all concerned.” Nearly half (47 percent) fear that US media will jump to conclusions and present uncorroborated and unverified information, while 34 percent are somewhat concerned, bringing the total number of those worried to a whopping 81 percent. Even if the US media reports factual information, it could still demonstrate a biased approach, according to 77 percent of American respondents (with 44 percent highly concerned about the prospect and 33 percent somewhat concerned).

Free Speech Platform Gab Rejects German Request For Data On User’s Posts Insulting Politician Ricarda Lang
Gab is standing up to citizens facing Germany’s oppressive speech policies.
The German authorities have attempted to get Gab, a free speech software company, to release personal data identifying a user of its platform, for making comments about a politician’s weight that are considered offensive. Gab founder and CEO Andrew Torba revealed this in a blog post, reassuring the user community that the request will not be complied with – the response was “a firm rejection,” he wrote. He also provided details of this fairly, even by today’s standards of government speech control and repression, an extraordinary case. Namely, the user targeted by Berlin made a comment in 2022 that described the Greens politician, Ricarda Lang, as “fat.” In addition, the user is accused of making two posts that “sexualize” Lang, the sum total of all this, according to the German government (the request came from the German Federal Criminal Police Office), being an attack “on the honor of the politician,” as well as a show of disrespect.

Man’s laws are an abomination, and by design are meant to regulate, restrict, harm, or control others, which is a violent afront to the actual rights of all men. No manmade laws that stray in any way from natural law should be tolerated or followed. Governments and those who control governments, are evil to the core, and this cannot be questioned by any individual capable of thinking critically. The only mission of rule is rule, which decimates any idea of freedom and the natural law of mankind. The abolishment of government can only lead to a better place, eliminating the chains that not only bind us, but destroy our very consciousness.

The UN Security Council is being held hostage by US policy with respect to the ongoing struggle in the Middle East, Russia’s envoy Vassily Nebenzia has said during a UN General Assembly debate on Washington’s veto of Palestine’s bid to join the intergovernmental organization. Moscow “deeply regrets” the decision made by the US authorities in mid-April to reject an Algerian resolution calling for the State of Palestine to become a full member of the United Nations, Nebenzia stressed on Wednesday. Washington’s actions “absolutely do not reflect the principled position taken by the remaining members of the UN Security Council, who over the past six months, in fact, became hostages of the US when it comes to the events in the Middle East,” he said. Speaking about Israel’s military operation in Gaza, the ambassador stressed that “violence generates more violence, and this vicious circle can only be broken if we achieve an unconditional ceasefire and begin substantive discussions about the possibility of a just political settlement.” For peace to be achieved between the Israelis and the Palestinians, “certain conditions must be created. We are convinced that Palestine’s membership in the UN is one of them. This would equalize the starting negotiating positions of the parties,” Nebenzia explained.

US House Passes Dangerous Antisemitism Bill, Amid Protests
The bill adopts the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s definition of antisemitism, in what could be described as a move of desperation.
The United States House of Representatives passed legislation to update the definition of antisemitism for the enforcement of federal anti-discrimination laws concerning educational programs. The bill, dubbed the Antisemitism Awareness Act, comes at a crucial time when students all over the United States are protesting the Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. The updated definition will adopt the definition of antisemitism created by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA). If eventually enforced, the definition would mark a grave turn of events for American citizens and residents opposing the Israeli occupation. The IHRA has spread dangerous rhetoric in which any action against the “state of Israel” would be considered anti-semitism. The IHRA had previously attempted to lobby the British government to adopt the definition at an earlier time when then British Home Secretary and pro-Zionist Suella Braverman was still in office. In detail, the definition considers any expression of hatred toward Jews, including the “Jewish collectivity” or the “State of Israel”, antisemitism. United States Congressman, Thomas Massie, said that the legislation was “poorly conceived” and “unconstitutional”, as it violated the First Amendment of the US Constitution. From his point of view, the legislation abridges freedom of speech which goes against the First Amendment.

I’ve been watching a lot of videos recently on the Civil Rights Lawyer YouTube channel. It’s a less sensationalized version of Cops Gone Wild. It is absolutely astonishing to see just what kind of “public servants,” all of them armed and dangerous, the taxpayers are footing the bill for. Just in recent days, there was a roided out cop tearing a grandmother out of her car and throwing her roughly to the ground. Her “crime?” Driving fast in an effort to rush her three year old grandchild to the hospital. This police officer, like virtually all of them, was instantly aggressive, barking orders like a stereotypical drill sergeant, and never paused when she told him the situation. There have been other cases over the years of our beloved “public servants” stopping people who were rushing to the hospital. Citizens have died because these out of control tyrants couldn’t recognize a medical emergency. More importantly, they didn’t care. In one case, a then NFL player was detained while his mother in law died without him being able to say goodbye to her. So, sometimes even an athlete’s status doesn’t help.

It was clear, right from the start, that it was absurd and cruel that doctors should be too frightened of catching the rebranded flu to do their jobs properly. Any doctor who believed their government’s lies about covid is a fool. Any doctor who believed the lies that the covid jab is safe and effective is too stupid to have a medical licence. Actually they’re too stupid to own a driving licence. And when dog licences are reintroduced they’ll be too stupid to own one of those too. And yet thousands of doctors took advantage of the fake covid scare to abandon their jobs and their patients – staying at home and speaking to patient only on the phone or via the internet. Was it laziness? Was it stupidity? Was it cowardice and a pathetic, misguided sense of self-preservation? Or was it part of the medical establishment’s official and deliberate plan to kill as many patients as possible? Four years I warned that this practice would prove lethal for several, very obvious reasons.

Contracting records and notes from local government meetings obtained by NOTUS show that federal and state Homeland Security grants allow local law enforcement agencies to surveil American citizens with technology more commonly found in war zones and foreign espionage operations. At least two Texas communities along the U.S.-Mexico border have purchased a product called “TraffiCatch,” which collects the unique wireless and Bluetooth signals emitted by nearly all modern electronics to identify devices and track their movements. The product is also listed in a federal supply catalog run by the U.S. government’s General Services Administration, which negotiates prices and contracts for federal agencies. “TraffiCatch is unique for the following reasons: ability to detect in-vehicle wireless signals [and] merge such signals with the vehicle license plate,” wrote Jenoptik, the Germany-based manufacturer, in a contracting solicitation obtained by NOTUS under Texas public records law.

University Gaza Protests Rage On With Columbia Arrests And Violence At UCLA
Demonstrations continue to face police crackdown as protesters vow to more pressure on universities.
Demonstrations against Israel’s war on Gaza have continued to rage at universities across the United States, in a night capped by mass arrests in New York and an attack by counter-protesters in California. In New York, the NYPD said it had arrested 282 people at Columbia University and the City College of New York into Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. That came as police cleared students who had occupied Columbia University Hamilton Hall since April 30. Meanwhile, at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), pro-Israel counter-protesters sought to tear down a pro-Palestine encampment, with witnesses saying the assailants threw objects at those taking part in the demonstration. Sergio Olmos, an investigative journalist reporting from the UCLA campus, told Al Jazeera that he witnessed several hundred counterprotesters as they tried to tear down walls set up by the pro-Palestine encampment. He described counterprotesters trying to hit the pro-Palestine protesters with sticks and in some cases throwing glass bottles. Reporting from Los Angeles, Al Jazeera’s Rob Reynolds said despite the violence “the encampment is still there, and the student protesters, despite this attack, have stood their ground. They haven’t fled”. “This has happened before, although on a smaller scale; for example, over the weekend, particularly on Sunday night, the camp was attacked in a similar fashion,” he said.

Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar published on 1 May what it says is the document detailing the latest Egyptian–Israeli proposal for a truce and prisoner exchange in the Gaza Strip. The Al-Akhbar report details the “basic principles for an agreement between the Israeli side and the Palestinian side in Gaza on the exchange of detainees and prisoners between the two sides and the return of sustainable calm.” The initiative is made up of three stages. The first stage lasts 40 days and calls for a temporary cessation of hostilities and the withdrawal of Israeli troops “eastward and away from densely populated areas” towards the border in all areas of Gaza. Israel would cease aerial surveillance of the strip for eight hours a day, and 10 hours on days when prisoners are released.It also calls for the return of some of the displaced civilians to their homes. Israeli troops would withdraw from Al-Rashid Street to the east near Salah al-Din Street, and the Netzarim Corridor in a manner that allows the delivery of aid and the return of the displaced to their homes. Israel would allow 500 aid trucks to enter the strip each day, including 250 for the north and 50 fuel trucks. The fuel will be used to operate power stations and equipment for clearing rubble. Efforts to renovate hospitals and bakeries will be ongoing throughout the three stages of the initiative.

It’s pretty sad watching conservatives argue like leftists, but it’s all over the place now. Not so long ago they rightly ridiculed and dismissed the idea of “hate speech,” but now that “anti-Semitism” is said to be the problem, all of a sudden the idea of hate speech is A-OK. In fact, remember when the left used to say “hate speech” wasn’t “free speech”? Looks like some Republicans have decided they were right after all; in Oklahoma the Republican governor, Kevin Stitt, just gave us the old “We’re all about free speech in Oklahoma. But hate speech isn’t going to be tolerated.” Remember how conservatives used to argue that discussion of important issues was being preemptively shut down by leftists invoking incantations of magic words like “racism”? Apparently when we substitute “anti-Semitism” for “racism,” there is suddenly no risk of that happening. In Texas, Governor Greg Abbott, who tries to portray himself as a bold maverick when all he does is follow the political winds (as during Covid), went from supporting “free speech” on college campuses to now imposing restrictions that are vague enough to make obviously ordinary political discussion potentially hazardous for students and faculty. Even the Foundation for Individual Rights in Expression, which is not known for hostility to Israel or its policies, says the governor’s order “relies on a definition of anti-Semitism that reaches core political speech.”

Iraqi Fighters Strike ‘Vital’ Israeli Target In Syria’s Occupied Golan
Iraq’s Islamic Resistance has announced striking a “vital” Israeli target in Syria’s Tel Aviv-occupied Golan Heights in retaliation for the regime’s ongoing war of genocide against the Gaza Strip.
The umbrella anti-terror group announced the development in a statement on the Telegram messaging app on Wednesday. The attack took place using drones, the group noted, confirming its dedication to continuing its strikes against “the enemy’s strongholds.” The coalition has been conducting numerous such strikes against targets belonging to the Israeli regime since last October, when the latter began the genocidal war. The war, which was launched following al-Aqsa Storm, a retaliatory operation by Gaza’s resistance movements, has so far killed at least 34,568 people, most of them women, children, and adolescents. Over 77,700 Palestinians have also been injured in the brutal military onslaught, while thousands of others remain unaccounted for. On April 20, the Iraqi resistance group had similarly carried out a pro-Palestinian operation against an Israeli target in the occupied Golan.

Collapse Of US Regional Bank Raises Red Flag For Big Shocks
One year after the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and several other US lenders, another regional bank has crumbled, reigniting concerns about the adverse impact of the US Federal Reserve’s monetary tightening. US regulators seized Republic First Bancorp and agreed to sell it to Fulton Bank, which will assume substantially all deposits and purchase all the assets of the troubled lender to “protect depositors,” Reuters reported on Saturday. Republic First Bancorp is one of the banks that have been under growing pressure from persistently high interest rates and rapidly decreasing values on commercial real estate loans. ICC Could Issue Arrest Warrant For Netanyahu This Week

The International Criminal Court (ICC) could charge Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his top officials with war crimes and issue warrants for their arrest as early as this week, NBC News reported on Monday. Citing an Israeli official, the American network claimed that warrants could be issued for Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and unnamed senior military officers. The official said that “Israel is working through diplomatic channels to try to stop the warrants being issued,” in NBC’s words. According to Israeli media, army chief Herzl Halevi is among the military officials facing charges. The ICC did not confirm or deny the report, telling NBC that it “has an ongoing independent investigation in relation to the situation in the State of Palestine” and has “no further comment to make at this stage.”

According to officials who spoke with Axios, “legislation to that effect is already in the works.” House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Michael McCaul told the US publication that the legislation would call for sanctions against ICC officials “involved in investigating the US and its allies.“ Representative Brad Sherman is quoted as saying that Washington should “think of whether we stay a signatory“ to the Rome Statute — the treaty that established the ICC and established four core international crimes: genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression. Neither Washington nor Tel Aviv are among the 124 states that remain signatories of the ICC Rome Statute of 1998.

Theodore Postol, Professor of Science, Technology and National Security Policy at MIT, has provided a forensic analysis of the videos and evidence emerging from Iran’s 13th April swarm drone and missile ‘demonstation’ attack into Israel: A ‘message’, rather than an ‘assault’. The leading Israeli daily, Yediot Ahoronot, has estimated the cost of attempting to down this Iranian flotilla at between $2-3 billion dollars. The implications of this single number are substantial. Professor Postol writes: “This indicates that the cost of defending against waves of attacks of this type is very likely to be unsustainable against an adequately armed and determined adversary”. “The videos show an extremely important fact: All of the targets, whether drones or not, are shot down by air-to-air missiles”, [fired from mostly U.S. aircraft. Some 154 aircraft reportedly were aloft at the time] likely firing AIM-9x Sidewinder air to air missiles. The cost of a single Sidewinder air-to-air missile is about $500,000”. Just to be clear, Postol is saying that neither the U.S. nor Israel has more than a partial defence to a potential attack of this nature – especially as Iran has dispersed and buried its ballistic missile silos across the entire terrain of Iran under the control of autonomous units which are capable of continuing a war, even were central command and communications to be completely lost.

‘City Of Ghosts’: UNRWA Says Shocked By Extent Of Gaza Devastation As Death Toll Rises (Text and Video)
The Israeli military has conducted new round of air and drone strikes on the Gaza Strip, killing at least 47 Palestinians as UNRWA say Gaza has turned into “a city of death and ghosts”.
The Wafa news agency reported on Monday that 26 of the victims lost lost their lives in Israeli aerial assaults on areas west of Rafah in southern Gaza. The occupying regime’s warplanes also targeted a home in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, killing three civilians and injuring two others, the report added. An Israeli drone attack killed two civilians and wounded several more at a house in the al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City. Additionally, the report said, the Gaza neighborhoods of al-Daraj and Sheikh Radwan were bombed by Israeli fighter jets. Meanwhile, Israeli artillery attacks hit the city of Jabalia and areas south of Gaza City, including Juhor ad-Dik. Israel waged a genocidal war on the besieged Gaza on October 7 after the Palestinian Hamas resistance group carried out a historic operation against the usurping entity in retaliation for its intensified atrocities against the Palestinian people. The Tel Aviv regime has so far killed at least 34,535 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured 77,704 others. It is now threatening an all-out military offensive against Rafah, home to around 1.5 million Palestinians who have been displaced due to the Gaza onslaught.

President Biden’s campaign will continue using the popular social media site TikTok even though the president supported a provision in the military aid bill he recently signed forcing TikTok’s parent company ByteDance to sell TikTok within 270 days. If ByteDance does not sell TikTok within the required time, TikTok will be banned in the USA. Biden’s continued use of TikTok to reach the approximately 150 million American TikTok users, is not the only example of hypocrisy from politicians who support the TikTok ban. The TikTok ban was driven by claims that, because ByteDance is a Chinese company, TikTok is controlled by the Chinese government and, thus. is helping the Chinese government collect data on American citizens. However, the only tie ByteDance has to the Chinese government is via a Chinese government controlled company that owns a small amount of stock in a separate ByteDance operation. Furthermore, ByteDance stores its data in an American facility not accessible by the Chinese government.

$3.5 Billion Slipped Into Ukraine-Israel Aid Bill To ‘Supercharge Mass Migration From The Middle East’
Tucked away in the $95 billion military aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan is a $3.5 billion slush fund to open new processing centers for Muslim migrants, in what Sen. Eric Schmitt described as a bid to “supercharge mass migration from the Middle East.” The $95 billion package does not include any funds to help rebuild America’s border defenses against illegal migration – but it does contain $481 million to settle migrants in US cities, and of course, the $3.5 billion to expand migration programs worldwide. The $3.5 billion was granted to the Department of State, which works with many international groups that feed and transport migrants on their way to the United States. Biden’s deputies are now using the refugee programs as an adjunct to their diversity-expanding “equity” migration policy. For example, Biden’s deputies used the program in March to import 3,009 migrants from the safe and democratic countries of El Salvador and Guatemala. They are also using the refugee funds to expand migration routes from many African and Muslim countries. In March, they pulled in 12,018 people from the Congo, plus 16,732 migrants from the Muslim countries of Afghanistan, Syria, Pakistan, Iraq, and Eritrea.

The Israel-US Game Plan For Gaza Is Staring Us In The Face
The western media is pretending the West’s efforts to secure a ceasefire are serious. But a different script has clearly been written in advance
One does not need to be a fortune-teller to understand that the Israel-US game plan for Gaza runs something like this: In public, Biden appears “tough” on Netanyahu, urging him not to “invade” Rafah and pressuring him to allow more “humanitarian aid” into Gaza. But already the White House is preparing the ground to subvert its own messaging. It insists that Israel has offered an “extraordinarily generous” deal to Hamas – one that, Washington suggests, amounts to a ceasefire. It doesn’t. According to reports, the best Israel has offered is an undefined “period of sustained calm”. Even that promise can’t be trusted. If Hamas accepts the “deal” and agrees to return some of the hostages, the bombing eases for a short while but the famine intensifies, justified by Israel’s determination for “total victory” against Hamas – something that is impossible to achieve. This will simply delay, for a matter of days or weeks, Israel’s move to step 5 below.

Facing domestic and international pressure for Israel’s US-backed Gaza assault, the Biden administration appears poised to throw Netanyahu under the proverbial bus.
In Gaza, a metaphorical “hostage” scenario has emerged, centered on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whose political future is being bartered at a steep political price. Although not physically detained, Netanyahu has been shackled by a complex situation since the 7 October Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, when Palestinian resistance groups took hundreds of soldiers and civilians captive as a bargaining chip. That operation and Israel’s subsequent brutal assault on Gaza has ensnared Netanyahu in a political and strategic quagmire, complicating his position daily and undermining his war objectives. Internationally, Israel’s carefully constructed image has entered pariah status, as accusations of “genocide,” “war crimes,” and “apartheid” fly liberally around global capital buildings and in mass street protests. This is a language that signals a strategic defeat for Tel Aviv – not at all the ‘military victory‘ Netanyahu had promised his constituents and allies.

The War Among The Jews
In a very real sense modern American politics simply cannot be understood without an understanding of the role of the Jews. And yet, for much of modern American history, discussion of that topic has been placed under what almost amounts to a taboo. For a Gentile to raise the topic of Jewish influence, and especially the overwhelming hold over both major parties that is exercised by Jewish donors, has been something like a third rail in American politics, inviting the charge of anti-Semitism-a sure path to vilification and marginalization in American society, as John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt (authors of The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy – 2008) can testify. At the same time, Jews themselves have been keenly aware of their preponderant influence and eager to exploit it, often in support of causes that are hostile to the values of mainstream American society. But this leads to our topic, because Jewish opinion is sharply divided on matters of most moment to Jews themselves. American political life, so fiercely divided, is often best understood as at least to some significant extent a war between antagonistic Jewish factions fought using Gentiles as proxies or mercenaries.

US Military’s Pier In Gaza To Cost $320 Million
The US military’s cost estimate to build a pier off Gaza to deliver humanitarian aid has risen to $320 million, a US defence official and a source familiar with the matter told Reuters. The figure illustrates the massive scale of a construction effort that the Pentagon has said involves about 1,000 US service members, mostly from the Army and Navy. Still, the cost has roughly doubled from initial estimates earlier this year, according to a person familiar with the matter. “The cost has not just risen. It has exploded,” Senator Roger Wicker, the top Republican on the Democratic-led Senate Armed Services Committee, told Reuters. “This dangerous effort with marginal benefit will now cost the American taxpayers at least $320 million to operate the pier for only 90 days.” Democratic President Joe Biden announced the pier in March as aid officials implored Israel to ease access for relief supplies into Gaza over land routes. Biden opted for a sea route for the delivery of aid rather than press Israel to open land borders with Gaza and allow aid into the Strip which is experiencing a “man-made famine”.

Falling From Grace
Years ago, Doug Casey mentioned in a correspondence to me, “Empires fall from grace with alarming speed.” Every now and then, you receive a comment that, although it may have been stated casually, has a lasting effect, as it offers uncommon insight. For me, this was one of those and it’s one that I’ve kept handy at my desk since that time, as a reminder. If we observe the empires of the world that have existed over the millennia, we see a consistent history of collapse without renewal. Whether we’re looking at the Roman Empire, the Ottoman Empire, the Spanish Empire, or any other that’s existed at one time, history is remarkably consistent: The decline and fall of any empire never reverses itself; nor does the empire return, once it’s fallen. But of what importance is this to us today? Well, today, the US is the world’s undisputed leading empire and most Americans would agree that, whilst it’s going through a bad patch, it will bounce back and might even be better than ever. Not so, I’m afraid.

“Disinformation Czar” Jankowicz Returns As Head Of New Project Before Election
Nina Jankowicz is back . . . with a vengeance. The former head of the infamous “Disinformation Governance Board” within the Department of Homeland Security is now heading a private disinformation group called the American Sunlight Project. With a close election looming in November, Jankowicz has found funding to “to expose and oppose efforts to weaponize disinformation in the United States.” The establishment of the group is only the latest example of how many in politics and media are doubling down on efforts to paint opposing views as dangerous for democracy as the nation readies for a historic election. Jankowicz promises that “Once researchers are free to conduct their essential work, the American people will gain a better understanding of the nature and severity of the disinformation threats we face,” she said. “Disinformation knows no political party. Its ultimate victim is our democracy.”

Canadians Promoting Genocide
In the name of protecting Canadian Jews many are promoting the cultural and physical erasure of a faraway people.
Recently there’s been a push to suppress a traditional Palestinian garment. To the delight of many, the speaker of the Ontario legislature banned kaffiyehs from the provincial assembly. In a sign of support for this racist policy, prominent ‘progressive’ doctor and Ottawa-Carleton District School Board trustee, Nili Kaplan-Myrth, recently bemoaned a fellow trustee who “put on a keffiyeh”, making it “not safe for Jews”. Similarly, author Dahlia Kurtz posted about a friend who panicked when a worker at her child’s daycare had on a kaffiyeh and a similar thing happened when the president of a Canadian Union of Public Employees local wore the garment while addressing members. In a particularly odious expression of this thinking, right-wing X account Love My 7 Wood quote tweeted a picture of a member of the Alberta legislature wearing a kaffiyeh noting, “She and her NDP colleagues wear that for one reason and one reason only. To intimidate Jews.” (To which I replied “All Palestinian culture exists for one reason and one reason only. To intimidate Jews.”) Others have sought to erase Palestinian poetry. B’nai Brith recently gloated that they got a Toronto library branch to remove prominent poet Refaat Alareer’s “If I Must Die” from a display. Four months ago Alareer and five family members were wiped out by the Israeli military and on Friday they killed his daugher, her husband and their infant child.
